How can I revoke my will or trust? - The best way is by preparing and executing a new will or trust.  If a client prefer to no longer have a will or trust, then a written revocation that merges ownership of trust property back into the grantor would be the appropriate method.  Likewise a written codicil expressly revoking all prior and existing wills is the preferred approach although technically the simple act of tearing or voiding a written will is acceptable.
